Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations or a change of tour request must be requested at least 48-hours prior to your departure date/time. Cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 48-hours of the tour are not refundable and will be charged in full. Your safety and the safety of our crews is our primary concern. All flights are subject to weather, runway conditions, regulatory considerations, and pilot and aircraft availability. All flights are conducted under visual flight rules (VFR). All flights depart at the pilot’s discretion, and Envi Adventures and its employees assume no responsibility for any and all loss or liability arising from any flight delays or cancellations as a result of weather, mechanical discrepancies, regulatory restrictions, or any other circumstance. Cancellations due to conditions including and not including the ones mentioned in the previous paragraph will result in the option to reschedule for a later date/time or for a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us with full reservation details. Cancellation requests made by the customer due to weather are not valid for a refund. A customer requested reschedule within 48-hours of departure date/time will incur a $50 change fee.

General Information

When Lewis & Clark reached the mouth of what we now call the Sandy River in 1805, they called it the "Quicksand River" due to a Mt. Hood eruption only a few years prior to their exploration. On Portland's only air tour up to Mount Hood, we'll follow this beautiful river toward the town of Sandy, Oregon, past Oregon's tallest mountain, over the National Forest toward the Bridge of the Gods on the Columbia River and venture west back toward Troutdale through the Columbia River Gorge past Beacon Rock, Multnomah Falls, and so much more. This tour is truly a beauty and will permit countless photographic memories.
